Describe the participants role and responsibility in creating a workplace that is free of sexual harassment and discrimination. Demonstrate knowledge of what actions to take to prevent sexual harassment and discrimination. Demonstrate knowledge of what actions to take if you either witness or experience harassment or discrimination. Describe your organization’s policies and procedures on sexual harassment and discrimination.
