This workshop is about moving forward to take the next step in your life! Looking at the four aspects of yourself: mind, body, spirit and emotions, you will see if /why you sabotage yourself and recreate the same unwanted situations over and over. This workshop is designed to:

• Practice exercises that will release old patterns and begin new positive ones;
• Learn to forgive & love yourself & others more fully;
• Learn techniques to heal your past and move into creating your future.

This workshop is facilitated by Cynthia Hernandez Kolski, author, workshop leader, international speaker and Louise Hay Practitioner.
