Cynthia Hernandez Kolski formed
Communication Education in 1999, after recovering from a life threatening
accident. Cynthia Hernandez Kolski began her career as a nurse, where
she discovered the essential link between mind and body, mental and
physical health. Shortly thereafter, she began to bridge her medical
background with the field of training and development. With over twenty-seven
years in the field of human resource development, Cynthia has developed
a breadth of knowledge and an energetic and involving training style.
Her workshops contain a "hands-on" approach which reaches both youth
and adults.
Administrators and managers appreciate Cynthia's insights and common
sense approach to the situations we all face at work and in our personal
life. Participants leave with new techniques, renewed enthusiasm and
an individual action plan. Audiences appreciate her directness and candor.
Her company, Communication Education,
designs curricula and in-service training on the technology of empowerment
as an effective system for problem-solving. Cynthia has earned
the respect of her audiences for her ability to bring out the best in
